Weekly Photo Challenge: One Shot, Two Ways

I’m diverting from travel for a minute. I saw the WordPress weekly photo challenge theme and immediately knew which pictures I wanted to share. We’re prompted to share two pictures of the same thing, one taken horizontally (as a landscape) and vertically (as a portrait) to see which approach works better for the shot.

Here are two pictures from my son’s wedding. I never have been able to decide which I like more: the landscape or the portrait shot. What can I say? They are the most beautiful couple I’ve ever seen, no matter which way you hold the camera. πŸ™‚

They were married on a horse farm near Warner Robins, Georgia. (There! I managed to squeeze in something travel-related.) The wedding was absolutely beautiful. I stare at these picture all the time. Probably even more than they do. I’m convinced there are no bad angles when it comes to their wedding pictures.

But out of curiosity, which picture do you like better?
